Season 1 Episode 11

Sometimes serving in a YSA ward is a fever dream... one of our ysa members has started bringing a staff to all the activities which im personally a big fan of, I think its hilarious. 

We have this one friend whos an eternagator (eternal investigator) shes so awesome tho and has such strong faith she just isnt a fan of commitments BUT! This most recent lesson we had with her we gave her a deal, she gives us all her cigarettes and we will bring her mints and gum which after a mini tantrum she accepted!!!! I was so excited and god bless the cold weather cause she said its to cold for her to walk and buy some more.

My trainer sister DeLara got transferred mid transfer which was definitely a shock and im so sad about it, so sister Lewis will be taking over the last 4 weeks of my training, my cry counter is at 5 I think. I love Sister Lewis so much tho! By the end of the transfer im probably gonna have abs from how much we laugh 

Ok some other things that happened this week 
- I got swig!! You can take the girl out of utah but not utah out of the girl 
- had our first ysa bible study 
- the elders we ward share with had 6 friends pull up to game night 
- did a lunch with all the sisters in the zone 
- Sister DeLara finally learned how to skip (kinda)
- got to talk to emma on Thursday for her birthday

I was originally just gonna put a verse or two but this whole chapter is incredible. I think its always nice to have that reminder of being humble in everything we do and just remembering to turn our thoughts and actions towards him and not our fellow man.

Hello Hello everyone! This is probably gonna be a short one cause not too much happened this week. Training is going well, we have a ton of fun and just have a good time. We had a few lessons this week I had to give a training on the Word of Wisdom and I usually hate giving trainings but this one went over pretty well.  We're still working on figuring out the 2 wards but it's going pretty well so far, lots and lots of member stop bys. This new area gets more media referrals so we do soke stop bys for them as well and those always include some interesting conversations, some dude told us about his adult diaper for 20 minutes.  Some other dude bashed us for a bit and I kept on trying to bare my testimony and walk away but he kept interrupting me and saying "hit the trails" but wouldn't let us leave? Season 1 Episode 17

Guys, I swear I do stuff I just can never remember by the end of the week. Me and Sister Lewis and I have started going to the church for our morning workout to practice basketball and volleyball cause neither of us is very good on Monday we played for 4 hours throughout the day  We did a lot of service this week. I love service, but man, oh man, are we busy. We got to go to the dump, do a butt ton of yard work, install a door knob on a veryyyy broken door, and then helped with a relief society activity  One of my transfer goals is to get big strong arms, and Sister Garcia called me strong, so consider that goal freaking checked, bro We had a lesson with King Keithon and he called Sister Lewis the funny one and me the serious one, idk bout that one man Sister Lewis is hilarious but I wouldn't necessarily consider myself the serious one by the end of the lesson he said he had me figured out so I asked him what that was and he tells me "you're the boss baby, ya know that one...

Season 2 Episode 5

As of today I've been a missionary for 6 months which is crazy!!!! My mission is by far the best thing I've ever done and I've still got another year so I'm excited to see just how much more amazing it'll get. Don't get me wrong missions are super hard and I'm exhausted 90% of the time but I'm having a good time 100% of the time. This week was so good! Last Monday we did a quad pday with the Hermanas we live with and we spent the day in Frisco and went shopping! We had some dope lessons this week. On Saturday I got to go down to Grand Prairie for Blancas baptism and it was so good! It was so fun to see her and everyone else and I just love baptisms!
